Work Clear Down Started

Work has now started on clearing down the first floor area where the old Bar and the washrooms were situated.  The clear down is in readiness for the construction of a new set of washrooms and the new layout for a purpose built bar area for when the building finally re-opens to the public.  We are indebted to the New Brunswick Community Cultural Places Fund and to CLAD for their invaluable assistance with this part of the project.  We are committed to complying with all building codes and Heritage requirements, so the professional expertise, financial help and direction supplied by both entities has been  vital.
