Building Updates
New bar and Washrooms
The old bar and washrooms have been demolished and a new bar area and washrooms have been constructed to current building codes, just ready for final painting.
Flooring upgraded and repaired
The old floor coverings were taken up and existing floors have been repaired where we felt it was necessary & new sub-floors have been laid down to accept new floor coverings.
Second Floor renovations
Our second floor has been revitalised with all walls repaired, primed and painted. The trim is a beautiful, calming shade of blue. More pictures to follow.
Walls repaired and primed for painting
Walls have been repaired and cleaned down ready for the final colors to be added - new sheetrock has been installed to meet fire regulations wherever necessary.
Food Prep Area
A new food prep area has been created in the old kitchen, it has been insulated, framed out and fitted with sheetrock, providing a new clean space for food preparation.
Unique Tin Ceiling revitalized.
Our unique decorative tin ceiling has been brought back to life with an application of a metallic bronze colour that brings out the detail, and allows it to show all of its character.
Corbels and Gutter Supports Installed
The old corbels, support boards and brickwork were removed, the brickwork rebuilt and new corbels and support boards fitted. New guttering is on order and will be installed as soon as it's ready. Big Thanks to PROCONSTRUTION for their excellent workmanship
Emergency Lighting
Safety has always been at the forefront of our minds as we renovate the building. New emergency lighting has been placed around the building to provide a safe and secure place for all to enjoy. Great work by Gauthier Electric

Frontage has a new look
The North, and main face of the building has been washed down to remove decades of dirt and grime. The old mortar has been cleared out and the sandstone blocks have been repointed to seal the building against weather damage. DP Masonry have done a great job.
Exit Signs in Place
In addition to the emergency lighting, new Exit Signs have been strategicaly placed at all exits to help in the event of a situation where it is necessary to leave the building. Safety is at the core of all we do on this project.
