Air Exchange Fitted

Andrew's Air Care recently added a new Air Exchange unit to the basement.  This will produce a continuous flow of air between the Basement and the First Floor areas, allowing the building to breathe, and preventing humidity and condensation build up to those areas.  In a surprise twist, Andrews Air Care very generously gave an unexpected discount to the original price, we really appreciate this kind gesture!!
